We are a 3 generation mother-daughter team with a passion for healthy food, probiotic gut health, and fermentation.

All of our products are vegetarian and made by hand in small batches.
We love supporting the ecosystem of local farmers and food producers on Penang island by sourcing fresh local produce as much as possible. The fruit waste we produce is composted or fed to livestock by urban farmers within a 10km radius.
Our Process
Cleanliness and attention to detail are huge factors in making quality ferments.
We take great care of our personal hygiene, utensils, and indoor environments.
