Next Day Shipping + Insulated boxes enable us to ship fresh Kefir Sodas, Kombucha, and Live Cultures across 12 states in Peninsula Malaysia!
Other shippable items include whole bread loaves, nut butters, and dry goods. Currently this does not include Kefir Milk and Kefir Yogurts since they require storage in very cold temperatures between 1-5°C, which cannot always be achieved during transport.
Deliveries in Penang
Our George Town store is available for self-pickups, and we deliver around the island and Seberang areas via GrabExpress!

Exchanges and Refunds
If we made a mistake with your parcel, or if our ferments didn’t make it to you safely, we will arrange an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis.
