Kefir Sangria is a unique ferment made from extra aged Kefir Soda with a mix of real tropical fruit flavours from pineapples, passionfruit, dragonfruit, and pomegranate. This is a continuous ferment that takes place in each bottle.
Unlike traditional sangrias, we do not add red wine or any form of ethanol in the process. Any alcohol that is present in low quantities (1-5%) is a result of natural fermentation.
Full Ingredients:
Kefir Cultured Water, Dragonfruit, Passionfruit, Pineapple, Pomegranate, Organic Cane Sugars, Brown Sugar.
The Pharm's Kefir products are unpasteurised to allow the natural fermentation process to continue, ensuring that the microbial cultures are not only live, but actively fermenting inside of every bottle. Over time, the bacteria and yeasts will continue to digest the sugars, creating a fizzier drink that is not as sweet, more flavourful, and may contain a small amount of alcohol.
