Containing exceptionally low levels of naturally occurring alcohol, Dragonfruit is a slow fermenting fruit whose flavour peaks when it mysteriously intensifies at around 4 weeks old.

Kefir Cultured Water, Fresh Red Dragonfruit, Organic Cane Sugars, Brown Sugar.
The Pharm's Kefir Soda is unpasteurised to allow the natural fermentation process to continue, ensuring that the microbial cultures are not only live, but actively fermenting inside of every bottle. Over time, the bacteria and yeasts will continue to digest the sugars, creating a fizzier drink that is not as sweet, more flavourful, and may contain a small amount of alcohol up to 2% for very aged ferments over 2 weeks.
