Pineapple is loaded with high amounts of Vitamin C, Manganese, and the enzyme Bromelain that can ease digestion, lower inflammation, and even help with sinus problems.
Full Ingredients:
Kefir Cultured Water, Fresh Local Josephine Pineapples, Organic Cane Sugars, Brown Sugar.
The Pharm's Kefir Soda is unpasteurised to allow the natural fermentation process to continue, ensuring that the microbial cultures are not only live, but actively fermenting inside of every bottle. Over time, the bacteria and yeasts will continue to digest the sugars, creating a fizzier drink that is not as sweet, more flavourful, and may contain a small amount of alcohol up to 2% for very aged ferments over 2 weeks.
